Exte: Hair Extensions - Horror movie from the "Suicide Club" guy about haunted hair extensions. Like all his movies, it makes no sense, but there's some standalone scenes that are amazing. I'd say it's his 2nd-best movie after SC.
Tomb Raider: The Cradle Of Life - She punches a shark in the first scene. There's nothing else of value in the movie (so much so that I fell asleep before the end). But still, she punches a shark.
Curse Of The Fly - The 3rd and final of the original "The Fly" movies. I remembered this one being really bad, but I was wrong. I'd even go as far as to say this one probably had more influence on the Cronenberg remake than the other ones.
69 Sixty Nine - This is a "wild days of youth" kinda movie that doesn't so much have a plot as it has just stuff happening. Back in '69 a schoolkid in Japan gets some of his classmates to majorly vandalize his school. Then he puts on psychedelic freakout rock happening like he's been reading about in magazines. The movie's better than that description made it sound, but it's no A-grade masterpiece.
Terminator Salvation - Just as I thought it would be. Better than the 3rd but not the first 2. There were A LOT of homages to the first two in this and it was awesome. And YES, Arnold was in it. (Which was the best part)
Captain Ron - Starring Kurt Russell as a Snake Plissken look-a-like and Martin Short as an idiot, this movie was entertaining but I'll probably never see it again.
I went to see Terminator Salvation on Sunday. I liked it but i didn't love it. The best CG I've seen in a while. I just felt that I knew what was going on and expected for something to be revealed in the story and then nothing.
BTW Arnold is not in the movie... they just CG'd his face on another persons body. Its his young face from the first movie which is cool.
